01Adding into drawdown1 EA trade at a time.
No second SMC position on its own symbol and magic ID while its current trade is open. Other trades can add separate exposure.
02Martingale / recovery sizingA loss does not increase risk.
Risk is recalculated from balance, stop distance and the selected risk mode. No larger recovery sizing after a loss.
03Too much risk on one setup0.50% base. 0.25% reduced.
Percentage-based sizing replaces fixed-lot guessing. The EA can reject a trade when the broker minimum would exceed the allowed calculated risk.
04Missing stop lossStop submitted with the entry.
Every EA entry calculates and validates a stop before the order is sent. Invalid stop structure blocks the entry.
05Overtrading after losses2 trades/day. Stop after 2 losses.
Maximum 2 trades per day and 1 per session. New entries stop after 2 consecutive losses.
06Drawdown getting worse2% daily. 5% peak-equity guards.
When configured limits trigger, the EA blocks new entries and is configured to close its own open position. These are internal guards, not guaranteed maximum losses or your firm’s official limits. Fills and market conditions can affect execution.
